I have tried other magnesium l-threonate supplements before and never noticed a difference. Because of its effectiveness in lowering and stabilizing my blood pressure, my cardiologist reduced my blood pressure in half! I take be one mid day or around 2 and then 2, 2 hours before bedtime and it is perfect. I highly recommend this product for blood pressure and recommend discussing with your cardiologist or holistic medical professional.

بالنسبة لي لقد استخدمته لمدة شهر وكل مرة استخدمه يظهر لي بعد الاستخدام بعدة ساعات احمرار وحكة في منطقة البطن (umbilical dermatitis) وتم التأكد انه من هذا المنتج وعند ايقافه تخف وتختفي الاعراض

المنتج وصلني حار جدا وأعتقد انه لا يصلح للأستعمال
