Q: Can it be used at work in freezing temperatures I do plumbing no matter in side or outside ?

Yes, works for me. I live in Downeast Maine. It was 17 f thus mirning. This coat is toasty and the fit is right on. I am 5' 7" 160 lbs and size "L" fit perfectly.

SURE, It has a pocket inside in the left for mobile phone, keys and something valuable.

Q: Could i wash it by machine?

don't know, have never had to wash it,but, I imagine if I was to clean it I would get it dry cleaned.

Q: Does this jacket have a two-way zipper which can open either from the bottom or the top when zipped up

This is a left handed zipper and only zips up from to top
