MagMod Kit - for flash modifications

I did not think I needed this modifier. I have the sphere but this is more focused and directional..not cheap but you are buying into the brand. Worthwhile.

Great product which I use continuously. Well made, very strong magnets and flexible. Gives a fantastic wide soft light. I use it for large group shots as well as some portraits. A superb modifier that fits into your bag easily.

So easy to use, no strapping round the flash. Has replaced my light sphere. Great for events and weddings.

Short of having a pro rig with multiple remote flash guns, this device is a Godsend! I used it outdoors with TTL and it got rid of ugly shadows in full sunlight. NOTE: You do need to purchase their separate magnetic adaptor for you flash. Also know that I think the whole rig is a bit heavy, and it would be wise to use an of camera flash bracket, and cable. Lifting the flash off the camera also helps with photo quality. I plan to use this for a socially distance, outdoor wedding in a month. Fall is upon us, and I know I’ll need this rig for early sunsets.

Personalmente ero un pò scettico all'inizio ma dopo il primo scatto con il mio flash sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso. Questa grande idea si sostituisce ai pannelli da flash ed ammorbidisce la luce bianca del flash in modo da rendere la foto più armoniosa.

This is fantastic. I generally use off-camera flash but I wanted something that would make an on-camera flash bearable for those times when I really don't have the option of setting up lights. The bounce looks pretty silly on the camera and it's very heavy, but it really makes for beautiful light. Well worth it. Love that it folds up small too, and the magnets make putting it on and off a breeze - definitely going to look into some other MagMod products now.
