Be sure you order Instyler brand if you want a quality iron. Several other makes on market for less money and they don't last as long or don't have ceramic. Also, be sure the heating plates are ceramic, less likely to damage hair & leaves hair shiny. Heats up very hot - 2 or 3 works perfectly.

This is the second one I've had (replacing my first that finally broke after years of use.) It should be a regular tool in your hair supply box, just like a blow dryer might be. Once you learn how to use it, the hair comes out smooth and shiny. The rotating wand makes it better than your average curling iron. The bristles on each side help guide the hair. There are 3 heat settings for any type of hair. Love this and will always have one.

The InStyler is a great tool for someone with frzzy hair needing some straighening, softening and adding body. This is my 3rd one. It is reliable and gets the job done. This one seems to have hesitations or peridically stops then restarts, and not sure if that's part of a new feature? or just mine, as I have never had one that worked like that. The first one I had for 10 years and was awesome but unfortunately I took it to Europe and despite using the correct converter and adapter, it got overheated. The second one broke off the brush part after about 2 years. It seems they're not as well made as they used to be and next time I may shop around and try another product.

I love this product, but the little end cap is not necessary & that is the part that twists, tangles, & pulls your hair out.

Nothing to dislike about this In-Styler. Easy to use, many temperature levels and the barrel can change directions for many different hair style results.

I bought the Instyler Max and the brushes broke off after using it less than a dozen times. I contacted manufacturer to see if I could buy replacement brushes and they said no. I had Instyler when they first came out and they would last for years with daily use. This was my third Instyler and the quality is not there anymore. I would never buy one again even if it had replaceable parts.

Love my Instyler. This is my 4th one and I have loved them all.

Didn’t last very long. Seemed to be a weaker motor. And the spinning barrel doesn’t work any longer.

Primero tuve la que se puede usar con el pelo húmedo pero por los años se le rompieron los cepillos de los bordes, sin arreglo. Así que opté por reemplazarla y compré esta, con la mejora de que gira hacia ambos lados. La verdad, de todas las herramientas que uso (plancha, secador redondo Revlon, etc) esta es la que más bonito y profesional me peina. ¡Me encanta!

He usado instyler desde hace mas de 12 años. Me encanta. La ultima (de color naranja donde esta el cepillo) se me hacía mas estable (fuerte) y me dejaba el cabello con mas rizos. Esta nueva de turmalina, la siento mas fragil, como que con cualquier cosa se va a romper, el plastico lo siento menos resistente, no me deja el cabello tan rizado como la ultima, pero lo que mas molesta es que cada que la uso (cierro y abro el barril) se oye un rechinido, como el que hace los ratones, y esto ha sido todas las veces que la he usado. Espero que con el uso se deje de escuchar este rechinido.
