Corelle3601 Ocean Blues Chip & Break resistant 16pc Dinner Set, Service for 4, Glass and Stoneware, 16-piece, Blue

Corelle is known for being great quality but this set is so pretty too. I bought it for a friend who recently moved house. Probably like a lot of men, he told me he didn't care about dishes but I noticed he was struggling to keep up with doing them. He mentioned his hands would hurt and get tired from all the clunky plates and bowls. I buy Corelle for exactly that reason, I have arthritis and they make washing dishes so much easier it's unreal. These are so much thinner, lighter and less awkward than his old set. He jokes now that I've converted him to the point if a girl moves in and insists she wants to use her set of dinnerware he'd have to find a new girl. :P

Very light and strong. Lovely colours. Shame the mugs are not made of the same vitrelle so only 4 stars. It would be nice to be able to buy larger pasta bowls to match.

Usage tout les jours, très léger et très résistant. Un peu moins les tasses.

I bought these dishes because they are light weight, dishwasher safe & durable. I also liked the colors. The coffee cups are not light weight though. I've owned Corelle dishes in the past, which I passed on to others and I happy to own a new set now.

So much more space in my cupboards with these dishes. Much better
