These are perfect.
These pens are perfect. Too often, felt-tip pens will come in flimsy packaging that gets damaged or arrives unfit for storing, and you end up with pens loose or left out of pencil cases. This set comes with its own pot, which means all you have to do is take off the plastic, put the pot on the tabl and the kids are ready to colour hassle-free. We have a bit of a collection of pens in my house as we're all avid colourers and I'm seriously considering replacing them all with pots of these. They colour well with deep, rich tones and the nibs are sturdy enough to withstand a toddler's hand. They are slightly fatter than your average felt-tip but that's no bad thing with small children. The colours are duplicated but this is great, black always runs out first so it's good to have spares!

They never last and the colours aren't great. I remember when I was school that Berol ...
I have a young daughter and over the years, I've bought her felt tip pens from all types of places - although, to be honest, it's normally a pack of 10 for a pound or something. They never last and the colours aren't great.I remember when I was school that Berol was always the felt tip of choice so when I saw these, I thought she probably deserved the best - especially as she is heading to junior school in September and I don't want her colouring in to suffer! For anyone else looking to buy these, do note that although there are 42 pens in the pack, there are only 12 different colours to choose from. There are 2 or 3 pens that are the same colour. It's the most common - almost primary colours where there are 3 - e.g. red, blue, emerald green, yellow, black. Everything else will have 2.But, as expected the quality is awesome and the price is good.

Restricted colours
These are a great make, and in a handy container. However, I'm disappointed in the variety of colours. There are more dark colours than lighter or brighter colours. These were bought as a 4th birthday gift for a lovely little girl who likes to write, but I'm not sure thesecolours will attract her as much as I'd hoped. 4 x black, 4 x dark brown, 4 grey, 2 pink, 3 yellow etc.

Best pens
I have been using this type of pen since I was in school. I love them. They are not too thick or thin just in the middle which is good. They are very easy to use. Comfortable to hold which allows you to have a continuous flow of colour.Sometimes the tip bobbles but it only takes a wipe with cloth to get it back to its best performance. Overall highly recommend

Great pens
Bought these for my 4 & 5 year old that love colouring. The pens are great, they last a long time and are lovely quality. There is around 4 of each colour pens in the pot which is perfect for children so they can each use the same colour! Stops any arguments on who is using the blue first haha.Make sure you keep an eye on price because the price has been fluctuating a huge amount. I think around £10 is what I paid and that seemed reasonable, anymore and I don’t think so.I hope this helps

Great buy, great quality
These colours are used by my kids virtually daily and have come to great use especially during lockdown. As they are fine point they are very useful for colouring intricate pictures, I myself have used them for adult colouring books. They are washable so a useful quality especially with a five year old. I can also vouch for the ‘cap off life’ as my young one tends to lose the lids every so often and so far they have not dried out.I used these as a kid at school, still the same quality and great felt tips.
