Does this include the mini figures since the one I got in for my grandson's Christmas had had the figures removed and re-sealed.

Yes, the minifigures are included. The set is factory-sealed.

Are agen kolar, saeses tinn, and kit fisto exclusive to this set?

Agen Kolar does not seem to be in any other set. Kit fisto can be found in another pricey set, and Saeses Tinn is in a star fighter set. If you Amazon search their name lego set then something should come up.

Is this set new in the box and Selead?

The sets I am selling are brand new, sealed in the box.
