I like it overall, but I had hoped the belt would be adjustable on both sides and stretch.Sadly it doesn't, so I couldn't use it on my chair.Other than that it seems nice, the other real caveat is it doesn't work at an angle well at all..I had to flip it upside down so it's angled down hitting my shoulder to use it at all just from a small angle on the seat it's laying against.

I brought this pillow right out to the car to try it out, but I’m short and it simply did not “set” right for me no matter what I did with the headrest and the seat back. It does indeed attach simply and easily, and there are millions and zillions of ways to angle it and make it right for you, but I have arthritis in my neck and shoulders and simply could NOT get it to work for me in the car.SO I BROUGHT IT INSIDE. I tried resting on it in my bed against my bed wedge. Oh, perfection! It was JUST RIGHT! I slept on it all night, arranging it this way and that way as I turned; each way was PERFECT COMFORT!I loved it so much I tried it in my recliner, but again, no go. Same issues as the car. But now I love it SO MUCH I cannot bear to think of sleeping without it!It is made of soft but sturdy memory foam. The parts that go beside your neck — between your neck and your shoulders (see picture of product) responds softly but with support to your neck, shoulder, and jaw.I use it right side up, but I ALSO love it “upside down” depending on my position. There is one “longer” side and one “shorter” side. Again— see picture of the product. Both serve their functions for me.I often use the sides of this pillow to support my jaw when I am sleeping on my side. No other pillow on earth does that! It is amazing!I have decided NOT to cut off the strap on the back of the pillow which attaches it around the car headrest. I do not use it in the car, BUT it does not get in my way at all while using the pillow, so just in case I DO figure out how to use it in the car I will have it intact as it was meant to be.Either way, I KNOW it sounds crazy to go on and on about using a car headrest pillow as a regular bed pillow, but that’s how it is. It is SO unique and SO perfect for my needs.I cannot recommend this pillow enough, no matter where you end up using it!

I have back and neck issues, and one of the things that is really hard for me to do is to sit in a car for extended periods of time. This pillow really helps with that, and eases the tension by allowing me to totally relax my neck. It’s made with a memory foam- like filling, and attaches to your headrest in the car. Easy to take out if I don’t want to use it, but very easy to snap back in for those long rides. Absolutely love it!

We make a lot of road trips and take one of three vehicles to do so. None of the seats are made the same so it is imperative that I have support when traveling. I have not used this pillow while driving as of now, just as a passenger. It took some getting used to because I am used to the doughnut styled pillows that provide full encircled neck support. I usually lay my head to the side and this pillow made that a little challenging. After a few adjustments, I was able to get some great sleep from Kentucky to Georgia. When I drive I usually use a flatter pillow just to give my neck some support. I will update the review once I use it to drive.

Fantastic on the passenger side for long drives, so comfortable the driver shouldn't use it as they might fall asleep
