Helpful, not only for women
As someone who has suffered from itching and redness in the groin area , I do think these help to ease the uncomfortable and annoying symptoms I give these 4 stars because I’m not 100% sure if these work or if this is the placebo effect, either way these are worth a try. Easy to swallow and no smell or after taste I wouldn’t be without these. Not only for women

Wise for me to avoid
They seem to do something, but also caused me minor headaches, discomfort, and, most significantly, nausea, every time I took it. It could be a reaction to die-off of candida and what-have-ya, or a reaction to one or more of the ingredients, but I don't like how I feel on it. Short measures and " be done with it " would be... wise.
