As I've only just discovered this I'll need to see where it's going to be most useful and, off the top of my head
Such a strong light beam from a small torch, ideal to tuck into a pocket or handbag. The light is stronger than many larger torches. As for the USB that is sent with it? I thought it was a memory stick and wondered why the inside lit up so brightly but this is also a torch, but it can only be used in a USB socket. As I've only just discovered this I'll need to see where it's going to be most useful and, off the top of my head, I would say on my laptop where it might be used on the move and the light around is poor. Altogether I feel that I've got a good deal on my purchase.

Brilliant torch
This is a brilliant torch and not just its brightness let down only (IMHO) by having mode memory. Its a twisty which is not right for every application but twisty offers compactness, reliability and relative immunity from inadvertent operation. A twisty is by far the easiest to operate with gloves so a perfect winter dog-walking choice. I like that it accepts 14500 without size protest but can also change to readily available AA. Note that it does get hot quickly on high with 14500s. It's almost small and light enough to go on a keychain but I wonder if the hard to get AAA Jetbeam u would be a better keychain choice.

Keep one close when on safari
We bought a couple of these to use when staying in tents in the Lower Zambezi National Park, Zambia. They were used every night to help find our way safely back to our tent. Also, we used them during the night to avoid stepping on any 'visitors' that may be on the floor of the tent. They didn't lose their brightness at all. They are small enough to easily be stashed in a day pack so they are perfect for travel. Happy to recommend.

Was very good... while it lasted
Brilliant little torch. Very bright with an intuitive multi-setting system. But it lasted less than 4 months. Went to use it yesterday and nothing. Tried different batteries. Still nothing. In the UK it would be covered under a standard 12-month warranty. Not sure if this will be the case with a Chinese company.Definitely not recommended.

450 Lumens? My A$$
Whoever came up with 450 lumens for this is either an idiot or a liar. I have compared this little thing to many other torches, ranging from a claimed 90 lumens to 1000+ lumens and this honestly rates at about 150 lumen mark. Its a nice sturdy torch, good build but nowhere near as powerful as claimed. Just a personal thing but I'm not a fan of the twist action to turn a torch on/off.Also, says "+ USB lights", well there weren't any...just the torch. Another false claim!

Great little torch
I love this Jetbeam model. In fact I now have three (Car, home and garage). I use them with rechargeable 14500 3.7v batteries and they last well and gives great light over a large distance. Very light and portable and easy to use with one hand.

well made, solid, bright light amazing for diminutive size
bought following reviews and Gadget Show coverage of such torches.it is pretty bright (on normal batteries, i haven't invested in the more powerful version that seems to be available)amazing light for small size. feels well made, i am sure it'll last a long time.why one star less? it's a twist to start sort of torch. somehow it's managed to be "on" left in the glovebox, a couple of times. grrrrr

Well worth the money.
Great little torch best Ive ever owned. Accidently left it in the pocket of my trousers and washed the trousers on a full wash cycle. After the wash was expecting it not be as good as before but it was perfect. Not even a trace a water inside the torch so definetly water proof. Not the very brightest of torches at 480 lumens but more than adequate for most peoples uses. (Used for walking the dogs at night by myself)
