Purchased to replace whisk that the spoke kept popping out. Like for like, works as designed

Good product replacement for another wisk. Unfortunately the packaging cardboard paper had a terrible smell of dump and bad space storage. The entire kitchen was filed by this terrible smell. Same was with another box received from Amazon on the same consignment.

This replaced the previous wire whip which somehow got distorted. Difficult procedure in identifying the correct whip but got there in the end, ordering the right one. Very easy to clean but thought it a tad expensive but that is KitchenAid for you. My wife would not be without her machine. Quick delivery so we’ll pleased with Amazon service.

Customer service with amazon is like going into a bearfight with cable ties on your hands,i bought this whisk because my kapplico ambassador mixer whisk attachments are such bad quality, the wires all fell out ,and paddle is loose fitting 😳 I put in model number and replacement parts and this was whisk ,its wrong one ,and doesn't fit mixer ,im a month now with no mixer and customer service is just saying buy another part ,its so difficult to actually get through and trying to get a positive outcome is difficult
