I need rollers to be hot..not just warm..as my hair is thin and.. flat ..will these work for me ?

Unfortunately these were not even warm just lukewarm and was not hot enough for my hair should've really sent it back - not sure what temperature it should get to but definitely not hot - maybe I had a faulty unit.

Do you add these to slightly damp hair or when your hair is dry?

Yes I would think that’s about right, but tbh I’m not too keen on these rollers as I can’t manage to keep them in, the grips are a bit small and they keep falling out
