This lab work indicated some deficiencies including a significantly low Vitamin B12 level. I had a consult with a nutritionist who recommended a supplement. She provided three brands and stated they all did the lab testing necessary to ensure the efficacy of their vitamins. Nature Made was one of the brands she recommended. This is a bottle of 50 1000mcg B12 tablets. These are meant to be used sublingually (under the tongue) and they are fast dissolve tablets. My nutritionist recommended I use them daily for two weeks followed by twice weekly. These are cherry flavored, as well. I'll have to admit that I did that accidentally, though it does add a nice flavor to the vitamin. The cap for the bottle has a nice flip top that is easy to use. The vitamins are small and easy to place under my tongue. They do dissolve quite quickly. I am seeing positive results from use and my nutritionist has been happy. My wound seems to actually be healing better, as well.
