Does what it says for a reasonable price.
Bought this unsure what to expect. I've used it almost everyday and hopefully continue to. I gave it five stars however do feel there's a few niggles but I still love it. So it was easy to assemble in my opinion no issues there. It is how ever very noisy especially at floor level I'm in a flat and I'm expecting a chap on my door any day regarding the vibrations/noise even tried dampening it with several mats. I personally can still hear my TV OK over it, its more my downstairs neighbours I'm worried about so something to bear in mind. The computer is OK I don't take into account the calorie burnt part as I'm almost sure it's wrong but I do just usually use the time on it and put it into myfitness pal they work out the calories. It's easy enough to switch over even during a work out. I feel like it's great value for money..... However within a few days one of the washers have snapped in the handle and fell off it hasn't affected any performance I just hope that it's stays sturdy for a good year or two and I'll definitely feel like it's worth the money. So yeah great wee machine for the cost but has a few small issues that I personally can overlook as the cost matches the quality (in a good way)

Excellent cross trainer and great value for money.
Having read other buyer reviews on this cross trainer, I fully understood the pro and con's of it. the build quality could be better, but then I suppose because of the price you should not expect a premium product. The first cross trainer I ordered did brake witnin 5 days and it was the pedal that broke (just like other buyers have reported). We managed to put it all together well within 20 mins, and that included taking it out of the box, (some buyers have said it took over 1 hour!!) its just the 2 arm levers you see in the picture, tighten the nuts and bolts and thats it very simple really, and clip the digital readout to the bars (only displays in kmph and not mph) but for me thats not a problem I'm using this to see total calories burnt. When the first cross trainer broke I contacted Amazon, booked a replacement and I recieved it the very next day, the broken one was collected the day after. The replacement is now 3 weeks old and I use it every day and I have no trouble with it at all.I do highly recommend to any person that this cross trainer is very good and buy it. The customer service Amazon have is beyond doubt second to none.If for any reason you have a problem you can have a refund or replacement, its that simple.TOTALLY FIVE LARGE GOLD STARS from me.

Confidence 2 in 1 Fitness Elliptical Cross Trainer & Exercise Bike
Confidence 2 in 1 Fitness Trainer. I managed to put this together is one evening but this was a struggle. The engineering on my machine was not exactly to high tolerances. For example, putting nuts on screws was often very difficult. The instructions are very poorly translated far Eastern. The diagrams just made sense and related to the correct text, but the whole pamphlet was obscurely written in low grade fonts and printing. On the whole there was a lack of instructions for assembling this device. Using the trainer, things were OK at first and this machine certainly did what it was supposed to do, but then things got difficult. Peddling forwards became especially difficult. After some time and a full inspection of the machine the wheel had moved in the spokes and was set at an angle in the frame and was abraiding a plastic casing. This has made it unusable. I have contacted the suppliers who have agreed to collect the bike for repair. They at first said I would have to pay £10.00 postage, but I pointed out the law that I do not have to pay for what is their problem, and they now seem to have conceded this point. I will continue this review when a repair/resolution is completed by the suppliers.

Solid machine
Leaving aside the fact that the delivery man (from Yodel) left this very heavy parcel outside the front door, laughed and drove off and the fact that he paid no attention to the 'this way up' arrows on the box - it's a great machine. The delivery obviously isn't the manufacturer's fault - but Amazon, perhaps select your delivery companies more carefully?Anyway, onto the machine...It was very easy to put together, I did it on my own in about half an hour. But you do need to use your intuition - the instructions are not brilliant and left me scratching my head once or twice. Many of the components are already assembled, so the instructions might make you believe you have parts missing - you probably won't. You might want a towel handy as each moving section was sensibly full of grease and it got a bit mucky. Also, although a cheap multi-tool is included, I found this pretty hopeless so used my own socket set in the end.Once it's done, it's ready to use straight away. The tension is easy to change and the belt can be tightened manually for extra tension without taking anything apart as you can alter it from the front of the wheel. The battery operated display is fine for speed and time but I wouldn't rely on the calorie counter - you could remove a decimal place and it will still tell you you're burning too many calories - it reads much, much higher than any other machine I've used at the gym.The only thing I'd have liked it to include are two static handles - you can move the normal handles to this position if you prefer, but it would be great to have both to alternate between moving handles and static ones. You might also find you have to tighten all the nuts and bolts on day 2, but I think that's pretty standard.Other than those very minor niggles, it works really well - my kids use it too and so far it's coping with lots of use and different seat settings etc. It's relatively easy to move around - small wheels on the front bar - and doesn't look too obtrusive in my very small sitting room. It is very sturdy and once properly positioned, doesn't rock at all. For the price, compared to other machines, I'd say it is really good value.
