My latest order arrived very promptly as usual. I've used Candida Complex for a while now and I'd recommend it together with the adoption of a Candida friendly diet - more of which you can view online. The Candida Complex has certainly made a difference, my stomach feels good, has settled down nicely and my itchy scalp has disappeared. I don't think that this is a quick fix but a long term supplement to help maintain a healthy gut. As such I think that CC is a good product and competitively priced. There seems to be a number of similar products in this market but I'm happy to recommend Candida Complex.It's manufactured to GMP standards which provides additional confidence.

This product really has helped my candida. It increased my energy levels and reduced the chronic sinus infections I used to get so frequently. I take 2 tablets every evening. I tried taking 3 a day but the die-off levels became too high. Now speaking of die-off, I have found you need to drink lots of water to remove the toxins from your system quickly otherwise major die-off may occur especially if your candida is systemic like mine. I also use probiotics in the mornings (100billion strands) to help crowd out the candida from my stomach these again can cause die-off so I take Vitamin C 2X 1000mg twice a day along with Citrus Bioflavonoid which helps absorb the vitamin C. Take 1000 mg for every 2000 mg of vitamins C But the best cure for die-off I have come across is Chelated Molybdenum this helps your liver deal with the toxins anti fungals release and has boosted my energy so much I actually feel like I am finally beating candida with this combination!!! Now into my second week of taking these and am very hopeful. Having previously been on the Candida Diet for close to 5 months and also taking supplements, I couldn't shift it. But these started working after 2-3 days. Without being too graphic, there's a fairly obvious way of telling, when you go to the loo..... I am back on a reasonably normal diet including alcohol, albeit I have cut down significantly on sugar and as far as possible I avoid gluten. But these tablets continue to work. There's an air of myth and mystery which has grown up around Candida, which has virtually allowed a mini industry to develop. I still have some symptoms, which is why this is a 4 and not a 5. But if these tablets continue to work for me, then it will become a 5, and potentially I suspect these could be the answer for a lot of people. If all my symptoms disappear, I will still be amazed, but so pleased!

I don'[t know if these work or not to be honest but I can only report that my son has been crippled by candida overgrowth for months and conventional medication wasn't working. I bought these a month ago and his symptoms have more or less cleared up. I reordered as he had such a good response. The only thing we did differently was he took these tablets. He is now able to introduce some more carbohydrate into his diet and is gaining weight and no longer has a white/yellow coated tongue and a slightly greyish colour. He says himself his stomach feels the best it has been in years, and for that reason alone these are worth buying. Good service, quick delivery and a product that certainly seems to live up to the claims.

Amazing ingredients, perfect for a Candida cleanse however this product is manufactured in an allergenic environment! Candida and parasites severely effect the microbiome in the gut which causes allergies to exactly the kinds of things this product is manufactured in! I have returned my item in total disappointment.

I have been taking these tablets for 2 weeks now. I suffer from IBS and bad bloating and I suspect, SIBO. Since taking two tablets a day, I have felt such relief. I am no longer bloated and my digestion seems to be really healthy. I used to bloat so severely throughout the day that I didn't want to leave the house. Clothes were tight and my stomach was so sore and tight all the time. I tried fasting, exercise and diet change but I would still bloat with or without food. These tablets seem to have made a big difference to my gut flora - as my symptoms are gone! I will keep taking these tablets to keep my gut healthy - I would recommend these tablets to anyone suffering IBS and candida albicans. *****

My initial response to this product seemed good in that my gut felt much calmer. However, after a couple of days I noticed some discomfort at times in my lower gut area and after a few more days this suddenly erupted into a full-blown gastrointestinal upset (putting it politely). I decided to do a little research into those ingredients I was not familiar with - namely, black walnut hulls and reishi mushrooms, and was very concerned that walnut hulls were initially used as a laxative and reishi mushrooms are known to cause stomach upset amongst other things. Candida often causes constipation/diarrhoea anyway, so the use of these is questionable as they risk making things worse. The other thing that concerns me is whether all of these ingredients are actually compatible with each other. Herbs etc, may have unwanted effects when used on their own, who knows how they will respond to each others presence in the gut? Do not make the mistake of assuming that they are relatively harmless - they have to be toxic in order to kill off bugs etc. Oregano is not just that stuff on pizza, it's antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, and wormwood was trialled as an antimalarial. Oregano will also kill off the acidophilus, so the gut will need to be repopulated after treatment anyway. I decided to try this against my own better judgement - I should have known better. I had been using oregano oil for about a week before starting Candida Complex and was already much better. This product has set back my recovery; three days after the 'eruption' I'm still struggling to settle my gut down.
