Essie Gel Couture Nail Polish, 471 Style Stunner 13.5 ml

My nails are quite weak, bendy and prone to breaking at the slightest touch (tucking in a bedsheet? = disaster).This is the best nail polish I have ever used. It goes on bare nails without base coat - don’t panic - and two coats cover like a dream. Top with either their topcoat or one of your choice, and you have a finish that looks like gel. Even better, when it chips, which is much less than any other product for me, simply touch up the tips and reapply topcoat over the whole nail. Now you have invisibly extended the life of the manicure and given an extra layer of protection to said feeble nails. AND when you remove even the darkest colours, they barely stain. I initially tried using it with basecoat despite the instructions (old habits) but trust me, just go with it and put it straight on. I’m not buying anything else.

High quality nail lacquer which is easy to apply. Two coats give a good streak free coverage and lasts for around two weeks chip-free. Lovely soft neutral colour.

I will be honest, I bought this to repair my grey slate ripped lino. Was a perfect match and with a bit of glue fixed the rip and looks like new. Also used it on the heel of my grey boots to touch up marks etc. did the job excellently.

This is amazing 😁, goes on so easily but the best thing is it dries so fast and I mean super fast!! It looks like nail salon quality!! 🤩 As for how long it lasts….. I’m two days in and all is fabulous, will update after a week and let you know if all has continued to be fabulous! ♥️

Nice pale pink clear colour, adds a nice shine, but dries a bit lumpy on me and chipped easily.

Used to get Gel polish but this is nearly as good without having to acetone to remove it.

Easy to apply as wide brush and quick to dry.
