For best results, apply to bare natural nails twice daily, massaging into the entire nail, nail edge and cuticle. Use for up to 4 weeks for optimal results **Q: So do you apply then can you apply Shellac on top?** A: Dear Ellie I am not an expert but I suggest you do not apply Shellac immediately as it must take time until your nails absorb the oil. From my experience apply the Shellac only when your nails are completely dry! **Q: Are you supposed to cure it under the light this treatment or not?** A: I have never done so. It never occurred to me to do so. I just brush it on, and massage all nails for a couple of minutes until the stuff is mostly absorbed. My nails were ruined by constant gel/shellac use, and then just overall dry and flakey. I’ve tried to use this product almost every day since I bought it three weeks ago, but I haven’t been perfectly consistent. My nails definitely feel stronger and look so much better. I’ve also tried to use cuticle oil when I remember and have avoided nail varnish too so I think that all adds up.
