Not what I expected. More like gel than a wet hair effect.

looks good but not stiff on hair

Always preferred wet look hair gel to strong hold, and purchased this as my regular supermarket brand hair gel seems harder and harder to find in wet look. Purchased this for just day to day use during the week, rather for actually styling, and while has a good hold, I do find it dries out very fast and does not go for a full day. Also when out in wet conditions, it does not take a lot of rain to wash it all out. All in all, good for just day to day use, but not really for styling as such.

I have long hair, had it before it was fashionable 🤣 This works to keep my hair in place when windy yet combs out with ease and no residue. Honestly used this stuff for years, perfect 👌

Excellent item my last tub has lasted over 2 years,a little in the palm of the hand does wonders on dry hair then style.

Dosent go hard like others I've tried

I have thick hair that I keep short. So ideal for styling without over heavy weight. Bought it for years for this reason and the price (that was). Used to cost about £1.50 now hiked up to nearly £5. I will now shop around.

I have tried brylcream and set wet gels. They will make your hair really tough by the time it's dried and leave you with a sticky feeling around your hairline and on your face and shoulder too, if you did sweat. I threw them away. I had option between park avenue wet look and this one. O chose this one randomly. And must I say, I am so satisfied with it! It gives your hair the wet look and a very light hold which won't let your hair get top messy. It won't make your hair rough. After its dried, after 3 hours, you'll still have the snooth, soft hair feel that won't make you cringe like touching your hair after applying a set wet gel. No stickiness too. Very happy, highly recommend, if you don't want too much hold and prefer your hair to feel like hair. Soft and airy.

Very nice hair gel..the smell is not too strong but i like it...its gives a wet look which i need...but its not for spikers...

Well, I have been using various Hair Gels since my school days. I always liked non-sticky types and not really a fan of super firm gels. I have used Clinic Active, Brylcreem (light blue gel) for a long time. Unfortunately they both are not available in market anymore (I am not sure though, whether they are still available). My search for a non-sticky gel started and I have used both Gatsby (transparent) and Enliven (transparent) and I have to say that Gatsby is a bit sticky but Enliven suits perfectly what I want.
