Mortal Kombat Playset 5" Goro's Lair With Bloody Johnny Cage

Siting with my 8 year old son, and he says to me "hey mom, I would love some action figure toys." Random statement, but I took it as a challenge to find the most badass action figures. Is he MK fan? Meh, a little. But I am, and I just knew this was a good idea. I mean, what kid could resist the four armed Goro? C'mon. When I got the package I was overcome with excitement to open it. It was packaged nicely. The figures sit inside a box with a MK backdrop. So the verdict? Kid went craaaazzy over these guys. He plays with them all the time, and guess who wants to watch the movie and play the games now. I'm so proud.

First off ,I am not opening this. I already have the regular, non battle damaged Johnny cage chained up in khans arena. I think the reason this can sell for over a hundred dollars is goro. He is a rare find on amazon and also eBay as well. I like the articulation in the smaller scale MK figures and I have a nice kollection of them. If you are getting this item, try to spend under fifty dollars like I did. It is sometimes being sold for over a hundred. I see it as an investment .

i'm glad i have these figs in my collection, but goro could be painted a lot better.

I treated myself to this 2-pack because I'm a big fan of Mortal Kombat. Aside from a somewhat blank expression, the Goro figure looks great. The Johnny Cage figure however barely stands up and its thighs seem way too long to me. The "battle damage" is just a few swabs of red paint; nothing "X-Ray" worthy.

My son love it! It's his favorite toy. All the combats are very competitives and hard. He knows all the heroes names.

The arms and limbs break very easily. Its okay if you want them in pieces the next day. Yay Waht

These toys are awesome but someone told me that the goro toy was 7 inches I was mad cuz it's 5 and johnny cage is 4 inches and the toys cost way to much I have a youtube video if you want to see them my youtube user name is theugly777 you can check out the video so you can see them but they are awesome but not $32 awesome(*-*)
