I LIKE THIS SYSTEM BUT DECIDED TO BEEF IT UP AND CONNECT ALL THE RAILS TOGETHER! 😃
The media could not be loaded. I like this product overall, but decided to beef up the rail system so that it would be easier to install and hopefully last a lifetime! Please see my video for reference, but I will also detail here the steps I took to make it easy if you want to do the same thing. 😃1. My plan was to connect the five rails together to make it stronger, so I purchased a 3 foot long aluminum strap from Home Depot for $7.00 that was 3/4 inches wide (which fits in the existing rail channel) and about 1/8 inch thick.2. I cut the strap into four, 8 inch sections and pre-drilled four holes in each piece. (See my video for reference)3. I joined the first two rails together with the strap fitting in the channel perfectly using 2 C-clamps to hold them steady while I drilled through the same holes and through the rails. The rails were perfectly aligned and fit tightly together.4. Once the holes were drilled all the way through, I riveted them together, using a rivet gun and rivets that I got at Harbor Freight tools. Home Depot has one as well.5. After completing all the sections, I used a multitool (or a hacksaw can be used) to cut off the excess rail length to the 16 foot dimension of my garage door bottom edge. I did this at one end instead of making it equal at each end. My reasoning is that the brush/sweep pieces would then overlap the connection points if I install them on the shorter end first. (see my photo for reference). I think it worked well and made the rail stronger overall. This is also a complaint that other reviewers mentioned siding that the rail length and brush/sweep length was the same and made it harder to install. 😃6. Finally, I measured and cut holes where the garage door hardware would interfere with the rail fitting and sitting flat on the door. For me, it was about 3 inches at each end and 3 inch section in the middle.if you decide to beef up your rail system, the same way, please let me know how it works for you! Maybe you came up with some additional hacks to make it even better. 😃

Great product, excellent quality…
The seal on my garage doors were not originally installed correctly, after removing the old , noticed the convex shape and this product comes with the aluminum tracks, screws and Seal. My only advice, put some type of lube in the tracks before attempting to pull the new seal through. I used WD40, worked like a charm. 2 people make it much easier to pull the new seal through without damaging it. Very satisfied with the product, shipping was quick and item was packaged very well.

Finally a fit for my Stanley steel door!
I tried three other products for my 30 year old door and none fit. This one fit, was fairly easy to install, and with an abundance of liquid soap and silicone spray, I was able to slide the 10’ rubber gasket into place myself. Appears to be a well made product at a fair price. (Be prepared to cut off a fraction of an inch from the final piece of aluminum, if necessary.) Unfortunately, the supplier provides wood screws when pan-head screws would be more appropriate…..thus my 4 star rating.

Well made, very good fit.
This review for the Convex shaped track and rubber seal. They are very well made and worth the wait, shipping took almost a month. very good value for the money. Fit the base of my garage door like a glove. Has enough length and extra screws.Installation straight forward. Actually it was a nice family project with the kids. End results very satisfying. We’ll see how it holds up.I recommend this product. Thanks

Garage door seal
I installed this seal on my shop door. It was fairly easy to install. It took me about an hour and a half working alone. The seal is about two inches thick so that once installed, it provides a snug closure for the door. Because of the width of the seal, I had to adjust the garage door opener travel length. It is simple to do with a little research into your opener. Overall, very happy with the results. Good quality seal and a good value for the money.

Great product
Great quality product, nice fit. Be mindful it will add a little height so need to make a small adjustment to door opener.

Steel wool included with kit is NOT stainless steel and will rust rendering it NOT rodent proof
The media could not be loaded. While the aluminum track and rubber seal appear to be of high quality, the included "regular" steel wool is a huge material selection error. I contacted the seller asking if it was stainless, they said yes, my bench test quickly revealed it was NOT stainless steel. Additionally the instruction single sheet was oversimplified, did not provide close-up detailed illustrations nor any technique or quantity of the steel wool to install inside the rubber seal. Fortunately we stopped the steel wool install attempt as it was a terrible material to use. No searching for something that won't rust while keeping rodents from chewing through my seal, as they did with the previous one in several spots.
