Wedding Post Box, Royal Mail Styled, Flat Pack, Unpainted MDF for Cards etc

We was quoted £45 to HIRE a wedding postbox. Bought this for 15. Painted to our theme colours and will probably look to resell once we have had our wedding.The only downside is it is still ER instead of CRBut besides this, cannot fault it. Superglue to hold it together, the slots the make the hinges work fine.

The flat pack arrived quickly and came with instructions, it was very straightforward to assemble. I used superglue and its really solid. Painted it in white and silver and used the stencil to attach the letters, looks fabulous for my daughters party!

This little post box was absolutley lovely. Its only downside was how difficult it was to assemble alone. I couldnt find the instructions on the website it tells you to go to for assembly instructions. Knowing which parts go where was not the problem, the problem was that they didnt hold in place one you connected them in to the slots. You'd move your hand to put the next piece together and it would collapse. I think you would need to glue it together as you build it. This is where I think I went wrong. The end result was well worth the frustration and once painted it was perfect.

Product looks like it does in the pictures, is cut well and easy to deocrate. Just be mindful of the measurements. I ordered this very last minute for my wedding to use for any envelope gifts and cards guests may give us, however I underestimated the size which is my own fault for not double checking. I would say it is good for small parties and small weddings, but definitely wouldnt suffice for a large wedding of 300+ guests. This item is perfect for small cards but large cards will either not fit or will get stuck awkwardly inside and take up space. It would be nice if the seller made different sizes of the same design.

Good product, easy to assemble and quite sturdy. It does come unpainted though so you have to paint it yourself if you’d want it painted.

Missed our wedding completely & turned up the day before the next wedding it was going to be used for. We couldn't enjoy our wedding at all as we were constantly running back & forth to our room with cards.I contacted the seller & was told there was an issue which nobody thought to check, they sent out a replacement which then still turned up too late. I'm sure it's lovely once put together & the pieces look nice & sturdy but to be honest I don't even want to look at it.I would not recommend this seller & I certainly will not be using them again. I have voiced this to them & a return & refund is in process so if they put a reply below this then they are quite petty in all honesty

Was told to paint it before building but I was worried the wood glue wouldn't adhere properly so I painted after. It was a stunning addition to our cake table and a nice nod to my ex postie hubby. The kids play with it now and it's worked out cheaper than an alternative postbox toy so great value for us.
