Usually No. But sometimes if I am very tired dry from working on my PC to dawn, then applying the lotion will stink a bit causing tears as the eyes are very dry then. But I find the tears actually norish the eyes and the eyes will feel better.

Q: Help please!?! cannot get drops out of bottle. Seems to be abnormally defective bottle. How do i get refund for expensive drops that won’t come out ?

I have taken a needle or straight pin & poked a hole in bottle if the drops would not come out. If you leave bottle lying on side, then shake, they come out a lot easier.
