Bought to try it. Wouldn't buy again.
Wanted an extra bit of help to move down on the weight scales so tried this out. My diet is already pretty healthy (and my BMI was already in normal) so didn't really feel like there was a huge amount of fat going in for these to bind to. I checked weight before and after and whilst it was lower at the end, I was also stepping up exercise levels, running and making better decisions with crisps and chocolate etc.I thought these were expensive if you were to use them on a regular basis.End of the day, if your dieting don't do crash diets. Make sensible choices, exercise drink more water and reduce caffeine. Results don't come instantly, but when you reach the end of your journey you can take more pride in it and it's more likely to last as you had to work for it.Was also dubious about the number of high stars, do people get offered a free sample for a good review?

Tastes good, easy to swallow. It works very well and has aided my weight loss.
I don't eat breakfast or lunch so I usually, but not every day, have one sachet after my evening meal which is typically steamed veg, stir fried squash/potatoes and a salad.The product tastes nice and is easy to swallow but sometimes I also take Nomacol Granules (from GP) and then drink water. It works very well for me on its own but faster with the other product, a gentle cleanse. I have lost 6 kg in 5 months. I buy it on subscribe and save so it is cheaper and my 10 day trial box lasts more than 30 days so that I can sometimes skip a delivery.

Stick to it! Don't give up!
I don't why there are negative views on here! I bought a pack of the 30 sachets instead of tablets. The taste of mixed berry has a pleasant taste, a bit like sherbert. I found that my weight is gradually coming off, which now I am at the menopausal age is extremely difficult.In order of it to be effective, is that it helps to eat a balanced healthy diet. Ok so we all slip up with occassional takeaway, but whatever fat you consume a percentage of that fat passes through your body hence losing the weight! One thing you have to remember is hat it is not a miracle overnight cure. you have to stick to the instructions religiously.My goal weight is 9 and a half stone, so here goes... wish me luck!

Not the best taste in the world
Quite a strong flavour. I did actually choke when I had the first one. After that though I got used to them but dont think I'd buy again. Not noticed a great difference in weight loss. Prefer the tablet form.

Take one XLS-Medical Fat Binder sachet 3 times a day immediately after each meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) with a glass of water. Do not exceed 3 sachets daily. Drink at least 2 litres of water a day.
