The beads get damaged easily especially when its a bit frozen and you want it to bend to cover full face now im left with mostly damaged beads. Get a gel instead.I highly not recommend purchasing this.

face mask is big for the face and its not useful but eye mask is very good. After working long time in computer its effective to give cold compress in eyes
