I bought a new Adventure Sonic 50 CC scooter this summer. Taking it easy the first couple hundred miles to break in but after 200 miles I couldn't get more than 25 MPH out of it. It's a full size scooter weight limit of 330 lbs, well I weigh 240 so I had my son who weighs 165lbs try it. He could only get 25 MPH even down hill. After purchasing the H.P. CDI box and H.P. Ignition Coil, very easy to install i might add, I was hitting 35 - 38 on flat road picked up speed going down hill. To make a long story short. I'm very happy with my purchase. I can hit 42-43 MPH. I bought the high performance carburetor along with it but didn't put it on, was happy with just the CDI and ignition coil. Buy it you won't be sorry.

Can't say anything bad
Bought as a replacement for a different brand.. fitment was correct. Did not make a noticeable gain but can not tell that I lost anything either.. i would buy again

Wont work for 2013 Kymco agility 50 4T (the control box specifically)
All the other parts worked great including the spark plug but its the control box. The scooter tries to start but then blows the main fuse. After changing it I have 2 more blow fuses trying to verify. There must be an internal short. I would not mind sending the other one back to get a replacement.

Runs great now!
I needed the coil, but I also replaced the CDI unit just,because it was there. The spark plug was junk, wouldn't work, no spark. The old plug worked fine. Good product for the price.

Fixed problematic scooter
Scooter suddenly one day stopped working, was able to get it to start but was bogging on full throttle. After a while the scooter would not start.Replacing these items in the scooter fixed the problem altogether. Super happy.

Not that great
CDI worked as it should...but the spark plug wire shorted out within 5 minutes of use...

Scooter cdi box
The media could not be loaded. I like it,but it don't work,I took out my old one,and put new one in,my scooter wouldn't start,I put my old one back in,the scooter starts,but will not start with the new cdi box.
