Great quality creatine that does exactly what it’s supposed to... I think. Could be in my head and this isnjust flour made to fool me. BUT the powder is very fine, mixes easily in water. I just take it dry then drink water. It tastes of nothing! I’ve found it consistent and effective for supporting strength and recovery during training. Reliable product and good value for the quality.

finally found a legitimate creatine that works had an issue with delivery so not happy about that but the product itself is good quality

I'm speaking about Creatine purely from a 'for women in their mid to late 40's' perspective. Women who are in their 40's look up what creatine can do for you-when you hit that dreaded Perimenopause. Seriously look it up and don't ignore it thinking it's used by those that go to the gym! I feel the difference, stronger bones and muscles, I recover quicker when I do exercise, and even when I sometimes go a bit too far, the recovery is much quicker than it was before I started taking Creatine. I don't do resistance training, rather I do exercises by a Japanese lady on YouTube: Imi's Bigan Yoga, and boy have I noticed a difference in my body-compared to western based exercises, you don't need resistance training only. I also feel my body getting stronger with the exercises which didn't happen as much before. It doesn't completely dissolve but it won't lead to the end of civilisation, and it doesn't have a taste. I mix it with Glycine (also great for perimenopause) and the glycine gives it a nice sweet taste, both creatine and glycine work really well together!.

I’ve been taking this brand of Creapure, on and off, for many years. In fact after a 4 year hiatus from the gym, I recently made the mistake of buying some normal creatine monohydrate powder from another supplement company. Anyway, the problem with myself and normal creatine monohydrate powder is it always causes digestive issues such as bloating and diarrhoea, whereas Creapure doesn’t. With Creapure I always reap the benefits of creatine - increased performance, great muscle pump and the ability to hammer out a couple of extra reps. In conclusion, Reflex Creapure is a trusted, reliable product which mixes well, is guaranteed to deliver noticeable results, and offers a quality product for an affordable price.

Great product from UK takes a few days to arrive but it’s worth the wait

Great product. Does not dissolve at all. Ive been stirring it for about 5 minutes, vigorously lol and its still powdery. BUT its effective.

Good quality

Took nearly a month to get to me, so look out for that, but significantly better value than anything I could get at my local popeyes/gnc. This product is good for 100 days/ ~$50 (~3+ months) compared to the creatine sold at popeyes (~$30 for a months supply). Overall, I would recommend the product for somebody who's planning in advance and maybe needs to reup their creatine as great value for the product, but overall can't give it 5 stars because of how long it took to get here.
