Not sure whether glucosamine works for joints
Quality capsules and like them better than other glucosamine/chondroitin caps. However, I have been taking these for a month and see no improvement so not sure whether any glucosamine caps work or not for joints!

Definite Improvement
I have been taking these for about a year now and have definitely noticed a difference. Before I started taking these tablets my joints would ache for a few days after doing any gardening or cleaning that used muscles I wouldn’t normally use but after taking these tablets I find my joints still ache but only for a day instead of several days. I have always suffered from stiff, aching joints after any unusual use but a definite improvement from these tablets. They did take a few months to work.
