Where are the mushrooms grown and what are they fed on?

All but the Cordyceps are grown on hardwood logs. The Cordyceps is grown on organic grain. They are not fed anything and no pesticides or chemical are used.

Are these from mushrooms or grain based mycelium?

They are from the mushrooms ( fruit body) not the mycelium.
