I bought this 1-liter bottle of engine oil hoping it would transform my humble sedan into a roaring Ferrari. After all, it's all in the oil, right? Spoiler alert: my car is still a BMW, and the neighbors haven't started mistaking it for an F1 racer. But hey, my engine is purring like a kitten who just watched "The Italian Job," so there's that. The oil is slicker than my dreams of owning a Ferrari, and it did improve my car's performance – or maybe that's just me pretending I'm on the Monaco Grand Prix every time I hit the highway. So, if you’re looking to keep your engine in top shape and fuel your Ferrari fantasies, this oil is for you. Just don't expect your BMW to sprout a prancing horse badge overnight!

To be honest, I bought this because I couldn't buy the oil usually I use. I am not gonna say th other brand. But this Shell is better. For the moment I am noticing a bit more performance and it seems the turbo is kicking in faster. That sounds crazy but I actually notice it after changing th oil. It seems the oil pump works better and it gets to normal pressure faster. Overall th engine is silent. For my 2.4 m-jet engine it goes really well. I will see in the next weeks if it keeps well without consuming itself...or without getting very dark. Will buy again for sure.

It's always good to have some extra oil in the car in case of long trips, to add a little whenever it's asked. The 1 liter packaging doesn't take up much space and doesn't add much weight. In addition, it saved me several times from major worries. In general, this is considered a good oil.
