Fantastic product... Do swallow them whole tho as they are an acid...i do it with a big glass of water to make sure they go down...! I've had terrible problems digesting food and know it's not cured mine as its being looked into...but they help my stomach to digest the food I eat and produce less gas and bloating....and that happened the very first one I had...! I don't use them all the time but if eating a more complex meal...I have one b4 or during and they are fantastic...! Iv read that as we age we lose some of our acidity in our gut...suppose that too depends on diet and now we know so much more about these things.. so makes sense if your aging might need a boost...! Highly recommend and good value for money...

abit pricey but reduces bloating alot for main meals

Did nothing at all for me , no ill effects though ,.

They actually work.. something actually works. I have terrible constipation from being mainly carnivore and I get extremely bloated so I thought I would try these and at last "relief". They have no taste to me and do the job, I take them with my meals and they next day things happen normally.

Genuinely works. Had a lot of issues with my food giving me gas and having to frequent the toilet - since taking these it fixed all my issues within like 2 days. Highly recommend
