A: Hi there, No these are just the syringe - Amazon do not permit the sale of Needles on the site.  Hope that helps

**Q: Are the syringes individually wrapped?**
A: Yes, individually wrapped & sterile. I used to administer vitamin drops to my premature baby after leaving hospital with a small supply of the syringes the hospital gave me. I even washed them & put them in my steriliser to get a few more uses out of each one.

**Q: Do these have caps on the end?**
A: No . Just a syringe in a sealed pack . No needles either .
