I normally have more or less permanant colds from october to June-but have cold free weeks since taking the tablets. I forgot to take them on holiday with me and promplty got a cold on my return-dont know if this a cooincidence or not.My friend says her nails have improved since taking the tablets, but mine havnt improved yet.I would say these are worth a try if you get lots of colds.
