Really great stuff and essential if you are using a dual blade razor. Fluff this up with a good brush, spread on your family plums before you shave and your tackle will be as smooth as a dolphins nose. Great on your face too. (Wash the razor first!)

This is the one with the most pleasing and unoffensive scent, it's gentlest on my skin and it's OK value for money too. I have sensitive skin and a very coarse beard. I use Feather blades with a Merkur 39C (or sometimes a 23C or a progress or one or two other bars). Edit 25/8/2025: The last two tubes I have are a bit more watery than it used to be, and the price has gone up, so a bit less excited now... About 1 inch of cream per shave, out of the tube and it lathers beautifully in my bowl. I would really like to prefer some of the higher end stuff, and have used TOBS (loads of em), the other Prorasos, Trumper, Castle Forbes, Gentleman's face care club - you name it. But none of them quite tick all the boxes as well as this one does. Maybe they should put it in a posh tub and charge four times the price (no....please don't!)

One of my regular rotations within my many soaps and creams that I use while shaving. Can always rely on a good shave while using this cream and would highly recommend it.

use this when shaving with my muhler safety razor. lathers up quite well and i enjoy the minty kind of smell. goes well with my skin as my skin is quite sensitive and helps to sooth in comparison to other shaving creams. overall i would recomend.

Really impressed. A well-used blade just whizzed over smoothly and just shaved really close. Love the smell. It did leave my skin a bit dry though.

The best cream to shave your head or beard

I have used this product for some time. It is best applied with a brush but you can just use your hand and still get a good result.

For his birthday, I bought my partner a new safety razor. I figured I'd buy a complete set of new razors and new shaving cream too. He previously always experienced irritation whenever shaving, but he'd only used cheap shaving cream brands which if anything, made the irritation worse. I bought this one because it was supposed to be 'sensitive' so I figured it'd be ideal to help him get back into using shaving creams. Here are his first impressions: - The smell is quite strange and non-distinct - very hard to explain. It isn't a bad smell however and not perfumey, which is a plus. - It is a very large tube, and a little goes quite a long way, so It seems good value - will last quite a long time. - Overall, the product worked really well, and although he still has some irritation after shaving, it has worked significantly better than the cheaper brands and he intends to keep using it.

Product as a product is great. But I ordered twice and twice I received pure water inside instead of cream. Just to mention that I ordered from Amazon Ireland. When I ordered from UK item was in a cream form has to be. So I think that is the problem how is stored in some warehouse in Ireland. Just wanted to mentioned because product is great but depends from you ordering.

Crema de afeitar muy buena, huele muy bien y es agradable. Crea una capa protectora a la piel que evita arañazos e irritaciones de la cuchilla. Con muy muy poco hace mucha espuma y es muy suave. Recomiendo usarla y mezclarla en un cuenco y aplicarla con la brocha. No mezclar con agua si no tener la cara empapada con agua.
