Fantastic Product
Another fantastic Viridian product. I rarely buy vitamins and minerals from any other organisation - I trust Viridian to use the best ingredients and to not fill their products with nasty rubbish. This vit d improved my energy on the day I first started taking it and, as another reviewer said, caused my skin to be less dry, which was a surprise side effect. I will most definitely be buying this again.

Perfect vitamin D3 in small easy to swallow capsules.. My back pain and body pains are gone. I was vitamin D deficient before. This product has no negative side effects at all. I have used other lanolin based/animal based vitamin D3 and vegan vitamin D like Country life Vegan D3 that did not work at all and gave me cramps and made me pee a lot.

I usually purchase these from the high street but paid the same online and also had speedy delivery too. Hard to rate the ‘flavour’ as you can’t taste anything and taking a tablet is not something you do for flavour.

I have started to take these instead of 5000Ui non Lichen based capsuals. These are making much more of a difference than the other ones. The others did help, but just not as much. The other tablets helped get rid of dry skin on my palms but didn't help get rid of the dry skin on my forehead. I am also getting less aches and pains generally.

D3-SIRABLE SUPPLEMENT!
Vitamin D3 is one of many vitamins that people just don't get enough of! I'm starting to really investigate vitamins and finding that I really should be taking a lot more, including this one! I certainly feel better since I started improving my eating habits, walking more and taking these and other vitamins, and I'm confident that I'll see more benefits in the future.
