Very impressed with quality, durability and price of the bands, bought to improve stability and muscle mobility. After incorporating the bands into our training for a few weeks, the boys who used them saw a reduction in minor injuries and all appreciated the range of tensions provided, which catered for varying levels of ability. The durability of the product meant that many of us were able to use them without any snapping and they are easy to clean unlike some other bands we have tried. Great value for money considering you get 4 high quality and long-lasting bands that can be used in a variety of workouts. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to prevent or recover from an injury.

So, I'm 21 and I have been lifting for about a year and a half now.I usually did compound movements along with some isolation work but for all that time, my flutes never considerably grew- they had some shape but my quads and hammies are massive so the bum suffered a little... until I started to activate my gluteus with these band before leg day and sometimes between sets. These bands are actually great for providing the constant tension that your muscles need while working out.Great product, looks really good quality, feels really good quality. And the price is handy.The lighter ones are great for stretches while the heavy and x-heavy ones I would use if I was squatting or for glute activation

Nice little set in a cool little bag!... An essential item for your kit bag - the perfect warm up for the dedicated OCR/Ninja athlete who wants to hit the ground running! Whatever your warm up routine (running on the spot, high knees, heel flicks etc plus air punches, arm flicks, shoulder rotations....etc) getting your pulse rate up is easy - it is warming up your 'pull' muscles effectively that is very hard.... and let's face it, for what we do that is where it's at! Since introducing use of the bands before any Ninja/OCR style rig training I have eliminated muscle soreness, that feeling of arm strain I'd get after every session.... AMAZING!!! (My only criticism is I've only ever used the heaviest two bands to date.... Would prefer to lose the lightest one (or two!) and stick some heavier ones in! Would be 5 star if it wasn't for that). Used them before and during my first proper ninja comp the other day - finished 8th/18 despite being the oldest by 15 years (I'm sure these were a big contributing factor!). Hope they bring me luck at my Ninja Warrior UK tryouts in a couple of weeks time!!! Great value for money/prompt delivery too!

The bands feel sturdy but all except the grey one (which is too strong for me) have broken very fast. I'm a 65 year old woman of average fitness so had not expected the band to break after only 6 to 10 sessions of not very strenuous work outs.

A great set of bands at a great price. They were delivered promptly and are good quality.My personal trainer often uses them in our sessions, so I am really pleased to have my own set to use at the gym or at home. They are also going to be easy to take on holiday, in the neat little bag. You can do so many different exercises with them. They make a huge difference to my workouts. I'm delighted with my purchase.

These are great, I got the longer bands a while back and have used them almost every day, these loops extend the range of training possibilities, so easy and convenient to use spontaneously, even while cooking in the kitchen, or during the adverts on TV. Just a few rounds of lateral band walks, for example, fun and effective. And best of all, no smell at all, I truly hate latex smell, these are perfect.

I found the elastic to be too thin and a little uncomfortable. I also found that they collected dust and dirt very easily so unless you keep them in the bag and don't let them touch the floor or a mat they become dirty quickly. I think there are other better products compared to this one.

Love Love Love the fact these are Latex free! Perfect for a gal like me that can’t have latex touch her skin! These work perfect for my workouts and the resistance is great! I like that these come with the different resistance bands all in one, so I can use them for multiple workouts. Also the carry pouch is a huge plus!
