Great supplement, that has helped me greatly so far.
This seems to work wonders.I suffer from oestrogen dominance, and this has helped me dramatically. I have PCOS, and i tend to have low progesterone due to high cortisol levels which I can't still seem to realise how it happens.Overall, whenever i take it, my breast tenderness minimizes and diminishes, something that is amazing if you have excruciating PMS.Highly recommended, as oestrogen dominance is very dangerous as it can cause endometriosis, fibroids, ovarian cancer and more likely breast cancer.

Tentatively I will say it is a great product
Be careful not to take too much though - it seems to promote hair loss due to its strength compared to weaker DIM. Not sure if this is a good sign that my bad oestrogen is being converted out.
