Easy to digest
Started taking the Vitamin D3 over 5 weeks ago and love it. I have had low Vitamin D for over 10 years but have a difficult time swallowing the larger vitamins sold in drugstores. The tiny soft gels make it so much easier to take and leave no aftertaste. It also has zero smell when you open the bottle, compared to other brands that smell almost rancid. After the first month, I noticed I have less tooth sensitivity. I read that Vitamin D can also reduce snoring, but I haven't noticed that just yet. The bottle is enough for one year, so there will be plenty of time to test if it works. I will be getting another lab test in a month and will be curious if my Vitamin D levels have improved.

Vitamin D3 helps with mood!
My Dr has had me taking vitamin D3 for several years. A blood test revealed that my body was low of Vitamin D3. I am very fair skin and burn when I go out into the sun, so I limit my time outdoors, unless I'm in full shade. I was happy to hear that Vitamin D3, while helping with mood, is also important in supporting bone health. I've never been a big milk drinker, so this is important to me. My order was received within 2 days and this pill is so tiny and easy to swallow.

Great value...
My wife and I have been taking these for a few years now and really like them for their size and potency - very easy to swallow. Both of us have regular blood work done every 3 months and there have been no indications of vitamin D problems. (I cannot rate absorbency as I have no direct data to know this. This has never caused any stomach upset for either of us.)
