Fatigue pick me up
I take a whole suite of supplements to help with the Adrenal Fatigue of many decades. Recently I've added this one as my rescuer when I'm really flagging, especially when out and about and still have to drive home. It picks me up noticeably. Just re ordered !

I have used this product before and it has been very helpful with the recovery of adrenal fatigue. If you find you are struggling to sleep when taking two tablets, then drop it down to one tablet. Ladies, I have found I get some discomfort around the time of the month, nothing major, but similar to braxton hicks? I suppose it stands to reason as your adrenals control your hormones. To sum up, it's a very good product which I have felt the benefits from in only a few days.

Excellent product
My adrenals were so fatigued i was getting pain in my adrenal glands before I started this supplement! Since taking them for a month now I feel more energetic and have found that I am sleeping better. Brilliant product.
