you would need the 1.1/4" fine for hard wood or course for soft wood. Go from 3/4" to 2" not the way you asked .

all the screw heads are square drive and match the 6in bit in the kreg k4ms and other pocket hole kits overall a pretty good selection of screws

I'm with the James L and Furrydude on this.Assuming carcase construction I'd use 1 1/4 inch coarse thread for MDF. 18mm MDF with compression you might come through the side. Testing on off cuts is good advice. Let us know how it goes!
