The computer is perfect. But the charged died after a week of usage.

Great value for the money!!
I needed a new laptop and found this online. The price is great. I got it and couldn’t wait to start working on it. The screen is not too small and not too big. It runs smoothly! Not too heavy!

Touchpad sucks, computer is otherwise fine
Decent for a budget computer (if you consider $500 a budget option). I can run some heavy programs on here simultaneously, so I like that. The one issue is that the touchpad is terrible. I’ll be trying to click things and it just will not register! I guess that’s a general issue with touchpads that have integrated buttons… maybe they need to stop making the buttons like this -_-Edit: I lowered my rating. This touchpad is HORRIBLE. I have never had such an unresponsive touchpad on a laptop!

I like the computer, but I hate that they don’t have a book that goes with it. I hate that you have to learn all this by yourself. They need a manual they they can download a manual. Oh good luck with that.

Laptop works . Operates very well for basic task xbox says it can play games but havnt tried any.Just purchased jan 2025. Tried to Set up the warranty and it says warranty expired in 2022. Comtacted the Seller and the warranty was activated the warranty for 1 year. 👍👍

Set up was good and easy. Do not like the very fragile on corner for electric. Fan runs loud at times.
