Seller uses cheapest possible components, terrible attitude towards their customers
My mother purchased this "gaming PC" from this company. The PC doesn't even have an SSD?!It has the cheapest case which is huge and a micro motherboard it's literally painfully mismatched. My mother thought she had ordered a PC that could perform relatively good for her grandson who has wanted a PC for a long time and was highly excited about receiving this item. The product came boxed up, ripped and dented however the PC was well protected inside. There was an issue with one of the 2 (Yeah, 2 fans) this PC came with, it scraped on the side and is obviously faulty.pThe stock cooler has been replaced with an extremely cheap fan, so the images displaying this PC is incorrect. I would be skeptical about the use of this extremely cheap cooler as I believe the stock intel fan would have been perfect.I have since discovered that the company buy the case which comes with 3 fans, plus a glass side and replace the glass side with a cheaper pvc windowed side, this isn't really what annoyed me, so yeah they skimped and saved a few quid on the fans by keeping 1, they also skimped on the glass side which again I could deal with however they replaced the stock cooler with one which cost a few pounds less. This provides you with some information of what you are buying, ghey say all the right things however omitted telling you they saved about £15 turning this "gaming Pc" into as cheap a product as possible. The case actually comes with RGB fans which ADMI swapped out in my case for standard blue only, no fan controller, simply a button on top.I know they do the things i mention to "save money" .I cannot fault them for this, its what most businesses do in order to save a few pounds on a product.I was a manager for a long time before I started building my own PC's, some like the one we ended up purchasing from Fierce Computers are simply easier to buy pre built. There are many factors that cause this, the windows license which costs almost £100 is one of the reasons, then there is the time I would have sourcing from my suppliers the individual units and despite me being able to purchase these cheaper than the public it saves me time and hassle therefore this was the main reason that my son's grandma bought this.ADNI appear outwardly to be a good company however to not include an SSD even a cheap one, such as the 240gb adata at around £20 cost to them as this is what I can buy it for, cutting those corners renders you with a standard HDD.Despite advances in technology, they don't even pay a little more for a Firecuda HDD which is a sort of hybrid option which enables faster boot times and greater overall performance. No this costs extra so that wouldn't be what this company would offer. To blatantly lie regarding the court cooler stating they "upgraded" it, was an absolutely shameful lie.The cpu came with a cooler and they swapped it out to save a few quid. This is unforgivable. They provide the illusion of a system which has been upgraded. This is a downright lie, i will upload shortly a video of the boot time of the PC before and after I reset it, keeping in mind this "gaming PC" cost almost £700 and has a motherboard worth less than £29, all the cost savings I have mentioned they had the audacity to ask us to pay for its return after I myself took over correspondence with the company from both my mother and wife.I was told that I would need to bear the cost for the return, in blatant distegard for the distance selling regulations not to mention the consumer rights act.It was only when, thinking they were talking to someone they thought had no clue how computers actually work that I got a reply to a question as to why they would provide such a large cheap tower (pc case) paired with one of the cheapest motherboards you can find i was told that and I quote "The motherboard doesn't have any impact on gaming. Gaming motherboards tend to just have flashing lights" that I basically told them who they were dealing with and by stating what they had just stated about the motherboard they obviously hadn't a clue how PCs work that I was sent not sn apology, simply a pre paid returns label.Amazon were quite willing to bear this return cost however after being "scammed" in my opinion and told what I was during correspondence that can be made public, that I was insistent they, ADMI would bear the cost of this abomination and massively misleading and miss selling of a Gaming PC!The PC itself requires around £280-350 in order to make this into what was advertised, a GAMING PC!!! Yet they charged almost £700!To add a little more information on this item the company did not even provide wifi connectivity, no blutooth no anything realy!A total waste of money and now it has been returned the company still have not issued my refund!?I will be uploading the frane rates, which are dire considering this cost £700 without a monitor or mouse or anything really!!What was supplied was a system which had a boot time at its fastest of 1 minute and 44 seconds.Compare this with a pc i made for my father almost 11 years ago and his boots up in 25 seconds! This is and always will be not fit for purpose especially for a child with attention deficit disorder, once again this is absolutely not fit for purpose.Do not buy from this company as the whole unit can be built for around ~£350 tops.Overall this is a system that's simply not fit for purpose and it's performance is similar to around a PC from the late 2007, more than a decade old PC which actually beat this booting up.Look elsewhere, the company have actually asked for a film of the faulty fan!!A fan that cost about 99pSimply not fit for purpose.------------------------------------------Update----The seller with latent disregard for the law still has refused to pay for the return of a faulty product, the system crashes even when opening a word document requiring restarting which takes 30 seconds, it's just unbelievable that this can even be referred to as a gaming computer and just for anyone who doubts the absolute shambolic nature of this company, they state (and I am genuinely not making this up) "The motherboard has no impact on performance"!!!!!!Are you kidding! The motherboard is the backbone of any gaming system and absolutely has an impact, the fact is this company shows you a nice looking machine, says all the right things however they have no idea what they are doing. After speaking with Amazon they have assured me that I will be reimbursed and that they will ensure this seller complies with the law!!!Don't buy from this seller, if you are comfortable with performance from more than a decade ago then maybe, anyone else should stay well clear!!!‐--------------------------------------------------------*UPDATE *I am still waiting for the refund to show, I took over and actually purchased a Pc from a company called Fierce Pc here on Amazon.Instead of a GTX 1660 it comes with an RTX 2060!Instead of a plastic side oanel its fully RGB and controllable.Instead of a builders £11 PSU it has a corsair 550 watt bronze unit.Instead of a £29 motherboard it has an MSI m.2 ready wifi enabled motherboard.Instead of a hulk of a tower its a smaller mid sized, at motherboard with room for upgrades and expansion with fully controlled ringed led lighting.Instead of utter mismatched tech, this actually could not be built by myself any cheaper than the £729 price which includes amongst other things a free AAA game, 1 year free Bullguard security as well ss the very latest in connectivity.Simply avoid AMDI in my proffessional opinion having several direct suppliers and 20 years experience building pcs in my spare time.Just saying, not showing off, I just would not want another child to fall victim to these unscrupulous people who in my opinion should be ashamed.Plus as my child is disabled he is actually getting the VAT back!

Distinct lack of attention to detail.
Distinct lack of attention to detail. Product was advertised as a Core i5 9400F, GTX1660Ti, 240GB SSD however, the CPU is an i5 7400 (older generation). The GPU is a GTX1060 (older generation) and adding insult to injury there was no SSD fitted whatsoever. Furthermore the CPU Heatsink & Fan Assembly were broken away from the CPU. Granted the latter could've occurred during shipping however the completely wrong specification is not acceptable. Cannot recommend ADMI as a PC manufacturer.

Very happy with this PC.
So far so good! I'm a console gamer, also have a laptop with a 1gb graphics card, this PC is a huge leap forward. All games so far I have played on ultra settings. Some games allow you to change the resolution from 100% to 400% the odd game will lose frames if you go over 200% everything else is maxed. It is ridiculously quiet and seems to run very cool, seriously impressed with it. The packaging is an enormous house sized box with empty boxes of the components installed in your PC available for reference etc. I did add an extra 8gb of ram to make it 16gb but I did not notice any problems with just the 8gb. it is a single 8gb not 2x 4gb.Games played so far on ultra:American Truck SimulatorAssetto CorsaCall of Duty WW2Euro Truck SimulatorElite DangerousThe ForestPreyProject Cars 2SubnauticaTrain Sim WorldWorld of Warships

Great PC
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Delivery arrived as expected, no delay from Covid-19.Large box, sealed with the company tape and plenty of "bubble wrap" inside. As you can see, they also sent individual component boxes for everything inside the computer itself. Also included was an A4 folder with all the paperwork inside including the warranty. So far I've experimented with all the pretty lights & colours on the fan/s. Still trying to find a "favourite".The PC itself is very fast at boot up, around 30 seconds. The longest time I have spent waiting so far is waiting for Microsoft to do its Windows 10 updates which seemed to take a lifetime when all I wanted to do was play and try out the machine itself.Very quiet when running, looking on the internet, or watching movies on Itunes. The fans briefly made a louder than normal noise when playing The Division 2 (This PC runs it on high settings very easily) last night. By that, I could actually hear them over the gunfire but even then the fans were still "quiet".Overall, on day 1 of having the machine, very impressed. From the way it was packed, with all the ingredients through to this company selling exactly what thje advert showed. 5 stars.

Great for those not confident in building their own PC/their first PC
I couldn't stress how well this PC runs things! As this was my first system and I didn't know everything about building PCs, I didn't want to spend my money on building one when I could buy an already built one. Boy am I happy with this system. It runs all the top games and my editing programs with no effort at all. I use it basically everyday and still love it just as much as when I bought it. ADMI are really good and package the system extremely well so I wasn't about any damage through delivery. They also provide you with a list of all of the components that your system comes with so you know its specs and that you're aware of what component to buy if upgrading your PC. Would strongly recommend if you aren't confident on building your first PC and have the money to buy it already built.
