Does what it says, I put it down the plug hole at night and next morning it was all cleared, I have a septic tank so don't use harsh chemicals, I can recommend this product even if you didn't have a septic tank, and it's value for money has you don't need too much

I am all for eco/natural products and I very much dislike using bleach and similar chemicals, so I thought I’d give this drain cleaner a try. I had a really serious shower drain clog due to a lot of soap build-up since I use a lot of soap bars that tend to not dissolve fully. I didn’t expect that this drain cleaner would work immaculately with one pour since it isn’t that powerful, so once in the morning and once at night, I poured down some of this drain cleaner and I did this for 3 days straight until I used the whole bottle. Turned on the shower head and it seemed like it fixed some of the clog but after 5 minutes my drain went back to clogging again. For using the whole entire bottle I expected it would at least get rid of most of the clogging, so I was kinda disappointed. Although this product didn’t work for me, I’m going to give it the benefit of the doubt and say I had a serious clog and this product is probably better fit for standard maintenance of your drain, rather than a one-time fix.

Prompt delivery Works but on a downstairs shower with shallow run it took two doses.

Worked slowly, and not particularly aggressively, but got rid of a bunch of slime and gunk in the pipes. Used this when the sink in my motorhome wouldn't drain properly - it has very narrow pipes and weird pipework, because it's a vehicle, and I didn't want to use strong acid or alkali because I don't know how they'll affect the waste water tank. Left this stuff in overnight, and then flushed it through and plunged it again, and it made a good job of clearing out the slimy stuff that grows in pipe bends that never drain. There's quicker, harsher chemicals if you just want to burn through a blockage ASAP, but to keep things running smoothly this seems like a less dangerous option. Probably best used as routine maintenance to reduce build up before it has a chance to clog, rather than emergency unblocker.
