Couldn’t find reasonably priced replacement cushions for our outdoor rattan furniture- everything was extortionate or had reviews that made you not want to risk buying from them. These cushions don’t exactly fit our furniture but the originals were destroyed by rain getting into storage area over the winter and company we bought from didn’t sell them separately. These are comfortable for seating on (probably not for long periods of time as not to thick) and back cushions are full and comfortable too so they do the job. I think they are quite expensive for what they are but after searching for days/ weeks actually they are priced well within the market.

Good quality and great delivery service

We bought these cushion sets for our garden furniture. They’re ok, but not brilliant. The back cushions could be filled more, they could easily take 2 lots of the filling supplied, so we’ve ordered some additional wadding to fill them out. The base cushions could have used a better foam, the one used is poor quality and not sure it will last long. On the good side, the quality of the outer material is very good.

We were so looking forward to receiving these new cushions for our patio set but were extremely disappointed when they arrived. The seat cushions are fine as what we expected they would be, the back cushions are so miss matched in the sizing of the cushion to the outer covering. The cushion is approximately 6 inches less than the water proof material covering making it baggie, unsightly and uncomfortably. We recommend that your quality control system be upgraded to give your customers the experience they expect for their money. On the face of what we have experienced, we will not be recommending this product. Yours a very disgruntled customer. There is two pictures to assist you in understanding our complaint.

Ensemble très joli, confortable et couleur très sympa avec un salon de jardin noir.Seul bémol les coussins des dossiers ne remplissent pas complètement leurs housses mais service après vente parfait avec qui j’ai fini par trouver une solution pour résoudre ce problème.
