Really pleased
So pleased with my fire. It is small but goes lovely in my small flat. Great delivery. No installation or putting together which I was really pleased about.

lovely warm glow
This fire and surround looks really good.The flame effect is so good a nice warm glow.The heater is a little noisy, it sounds like a fan heaterIf you only have a small room it is ideal.Very good value for moneyFast delivery with no marks or scratches' on itI am very pleased with it .You will not be disappointed

Good fireplace but chips easily
Great fire, heats up my large living room nicely. The stones are removable so you can buy different ones to fit your decor. Iv used the white ones that come with it and also purchased some darker stones too. As you can see in my photo We arnt using any at the moment as my youngest son won't leave them alone lol but I do like the fact the stones can be be changed. The only thing I don't like about it is the fireplace does chip easily which iv also added a photo off, we arnt sure how to fix the chips in it. Other then that it works perfectly. It has a good flame effect and I feel it makes my living room look cosy. Delivery was quick and its easy to install... You just plug it in. Iv rated this 4 star because of the way it chips

Fire affect looks amazing when.
I am so happy with this fire. I really like that it can be used without using the heater. Has 2 heat settings. Can't wait for the winter evenings to feel all warm and cosy. I think it's a good price & definitely value for money (only had it a few days but very happy so far).

Stopped working after 3 years
Looked great and was easy to install but stopped working after 3 years and barely used it.

DID’NT GET A REMOTE CONTROL WITH IT 🤷♀️🤷♀️
I absolutely love this small fire place with the electric fire built in. It looks lovely against my feature wall with just the lights turned on in the evening. Lovely and cosy.But above it says value for money then says remote control I never got a remote control with mine. Was you supposed to 🤷♀️🤷♀️ Lol. But all in all with or without the remote it looks lovely
