DimplexGenuine Electric Heater/Fire Transducer Disks (Pack of 2)

Should have read all reviews as could have saved £25. What a waste of time and money. Seller states they are genuine Dimplex parts but measuring by Digital Calipers the ones I received are thinner than the original ones. After fitting I waited some time to see a production of steam. Good job I didn't hold my breath waiting for it as there was less than the old ones. What a waste of money. They must have seen me coming.Looks as if I have been had on these so BE WARNED. STAY AWAY AS THESE ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.YOU HAVE BEEEN WARNED..

Thank you for the quick delivery, purchase arrived safely and in good order and is working great, it's nice to be able to see the smoke and flame 🔥 again and I'm now feeling very cosy, I'm glad I bought the disc rather than the complete transducer which is quite expensive so buying the discs has saved me money.

2 elements supplied at half the cost of a complete atomising replacement module - effectively 1/4 price to do one "repair". Really easy to fit and now the fire is "misting" as good as new. And when I need to replace again, I already have a spare element !!

the transducer discs are extreemly brittle and fragile, when opening the packaging I dropped one a distance of 1 inch onto a work surface whixh caused it to break into 2 pieces. A warning of it's fragility should be put on the packaging.

Very difficult to fit the disc which is glass and the key is not a perfect fit so my experience is to suggest what I ended up doing and that is to ‘cut to the chase’ and buy the complete transducer - job done!

Easy to fit, the location flang no longer their, pat.change?, no prob.

Both transducer events failed to produce steam after about an hour. I replaced with same product and similar issues. I then bought a new transducer and it worked!
