I bought these after researching remedies for mood swings during menopause and Yam root was recommended. Whether it’s a placebo effect or not, after taking for just 1 week I can honestly say I felt so much better. I was very down and no other reason in my life apart from ‘that time of life’! I have just ordered my 3rd bottle. I will add that I have also just started taking Korean Ginsing and Magnesium, after advice from health food shop, to help with sleepless nights and these help too!

Auf Empfehlung einer Freundin habe ich nach Yamswurzel gesucht und mich für dieses Produkt entschieden. Und was soll ich sagen, nach 14 tägiger Einnahme morgens und abends jeweils 1 Kapsel, hatte ich tagsüber keine Hitzewallungen mehr, nachts kein schwitziges Dekolleté mehr und schlafe wieder durch.
