Ok here’s my take on this product and why I bought it. I wanted to give it a solid couple weeks before writing the review. I was already doing a popular mushroom coffee blend but it was getting way too expensive at suboptimal dosages. I bought this mushroom blend and take 4 caps (recommended dosage is 3 caps) upon waking with my black coffee every morning. I feel amazing the rest of the day granted my sleep is in order. I’m a big believer in lions mane and cordyceps for their cognitive “assistance”, it’s a powerful addition to a good quality coffee. I’ll cycle it a month on and a week off, probably not necessary but I like to see if I’ll notice a difference when I begin taking it again after a short layoff.

I started this a few weeks ago and I'm noticing better digestion, increased sleep patterns and also looking forward to it's immune support. Will buy this product again.

Starting using this product an almost instantly feeling better, more alert and just more alive! I love it. Definitely recommend and will be buying more!

I have been taking these capsules daily for over 3 weeks now. (3 per day) I have been taking them first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach.These capsules may be helping, but like a lot of supplements i take, these are seeming to fall into the category of "supposed to be good for me, but i can't actually see/ feel any benefit."While i have not noticed anything different, i also haven't had any negative side effects since taking these.As far the physical product, all the capsules were in good condition and were professionally packaged with safety seals. No broken capsules, no capsules sticking together.Regarding the first 4 ingredients listed, here's what attracted me to this product:LION'S MANE: compounds super neuroplasticity by optimizing NGF*, and "the ones found in lion's mane are among the most potent naturally occurring compounds for inducing NGF production in vitro".*NGF = nerve growth factor; responsible for dealing with growth and repair of neuronsCORDYCEPS: a study from Univ of NC at Chapel Hill indicated daily use gradually increased VO2 max in young adults after 3 weeks use. Another study showed improved cholesterol and triglyceride levels in mice in a 4 week study.REISHI: "queen healer"... a lot of good benefits, nothing stood out as specifically worth pointing out, i need to look into this more, but it seems like a good ideaCHAGA: modulates immune system; calms it down when over- reacting; good for allergies

Great packaging with a clear, informative label easy to read. It's only the 1st day, but impressed with how fast the product was delivered. More to follow

I was skeptical at first but Im liking what Im feeling. Sleep is better and my digestion is also improved. I'll update thus upon my completion.

1st off this listing wouldnt let me leave a review at first and was flagged for suspicious activity.. This is the type of product where they pay people for 5 star reviews...2nd it took 20 days to get - it took so long I forgot I ordered the product...3rd First day I took them I got light headed and felt sick the rest the day!I Highly recommended not buying these

From day 1 of taking this, I’ve had better sleep and more mental clarity! A must have going forward!
