WHC UnoCardio 1000 + Vitamin D3 1000 IU Fish Oil - 60 Capsules - 95% Omega 3 1200 mg

Bought these because of the labdoor rating. Never really bothered with omega 3 supplements or fish so have been taking two a day for three months.Positives:- Packaging is good, it doesn't feel like a cheap product and you can tell a decent amount of work goes into to maintain high production quality.- Taste is pleasant and capsules are easy to swallow. Don't really get burps unless I eat a particular food like curry and even then it's maybe one or two, but no fishy burps.- My skin has definitely gotten better, fitness has improved and my anxiety is down a bit. However I've also been taking a decent multivitamin and Vitamin C/D, alongside 60 minute run daily so hard to say how much of it is precisely down to this product alone.Downsides:- Sadly haven't noticed the cognitive benefits that Fish Oil is known for, related to the neurotransmitter dopamine (focus, attention, motivation)- Very expensive product compared to the wider market, some reputable brands can go for half of this price.- No prime delivery. I always am waiting up to a week - 10 days which is not ideal for a supplement. If not on a subscription, have to order again when you're down to last week or two of supply.Overall don't think it's a bad product but may look elsewhere

(FOR THOSE ECO FRIENDLY INDIVIDUALS)THE ACTUAL CAPSULES ARE VERY LARGE IN COMPARISON TO OTHERS THAT I HAVE SEEN (3 OR 4 TIMES THE SIZE). THE CAPSULES DO NOT HAVE THE RANCID FISH SMELL AND ARE FLAVORED AND SMELL OF ORANGE. INITIALLY YOU WILL STRUGGLE TO SWALLOW BUT WILL GET USED TO THEM. (BIT OF WATER BEFORE AND PLENTY AFTER).I ORDERED THESE IN PARTICULAR DUE TO MY WIFE BEING PREGNANT AND THE PRO'S FOR THIS PRODUCTS ARE; THE HIGH QUALITY LEVELS OF DHA AND EPA WHICH ARE ACTUALLY PRESENT AND NOT JUST STATED ON THE PACKAGING.THE PRODUCT HAS THE LOWEST MERCURY CONTAMINATION LEVELS.THE EPA AND DHA OBTAINED ARE FROM SUSTAINABLE SOURCED HERRING MACKERAL AND SARDINES FROM PER AND CHILE (THEY EVEN STATE WHERE THE FISH ARE FROM)THIS IS NOT COD LIVER OIL SO THEREFORE NO RETINAL FORM VITAMIN A.THIS CONTAINS VIT D AS WELL SO HAS ADDED BENEFITS.WAS ANY BENEFITS RECEIVED BY MY WIFE. WELL SHE TOOK ONE TABLET EVERY 2 DAYS IN THE THIRD TRIMESTER . ACCORDING TO HER, THE PAIN IN THE JOINTS OF HER HIPS DECREASED AFTER THE FIRST WEEK. It has lovely orange taste, very easy to swallow.

This product ranked top 3 on labdoor which is the supplement testing company and it showed a high-quality content of vit D, showing the quality of the product and company's trutfulness and integrity.I would recommend this brand and this product in particular to anyone.Great stuff

They are big capsules but they are not difficult to swallow. The product is of good quality and effective. I think that they are too expensive for what you get.

Was happy to be able to ditch my vit D pills and just take these. The capsules don't taste like candy, but they don't taste of rancid fish. They taste of a mildly peculiar orange which is more palatable than you'd expect of a fish oil product.I cannot rate this on the quality of the product because I take a number of skin supplements and lots of other factors, so I can't tell what it's doing. All I can go by is that I've heard the product is great, and for the options it gave me to rate like flavour etc. It has to be a 5 considering other tablets taste rather vile.

I don't take many supplements, but of the one's I do I like to spend time researching the quality of the ingredients and the company selling them. Fish oil is one of the worst industries for low quality products so I took my time in researching this. The vast majority of products available on the high street from places like boots, holland and barrett etc are rubbish, they're a combination of low quality fish oil and low dose in each tablet etc, so I steer away from them.These are high quality and a great dose level and as others have said have received great reviews on labdoor, which has for me become the go to website for supplement research.These are quite high in price, but for this pack lasts two months for me and so it works out around 50p per day, but that's fine I'm happy to pay for a higher quality product.
