Then some weeks later the other dip went so I replaced that as the first. It was then I realised how the light output had deteriorated. So now I’m on the same as the other car and can see at night again. I never get flashed as they are set right and must have a decent cut off. The light is good, a bright white (rather than the OEM fit warm(er) white), and visibility is good. However, yesterday the bulb stopped work (the filament has split). Happily, with the remaining bulb from the multipack I could replace it. But in that time, the bulb on the offside has continued to work perfectly - which I assume is the factory fit bulb. So, the bulb is great, but the longevity could be improved.
