Can I keep my head inside of the tent when using it?

How easy is it to erect & fold up? I dont have much space, would doing this all the time harm the product and be a nuisance?

it is very easy to erect and fold up. takes about 1 or 2 minutes. I don't think it would harm the product or be a nuisance. Top tip - put a small towel under the foot heat pad and sit on a folded towel. This makes cleaning the sauna easier and quicker. i use mine around 4 to 6 times a week. i think it is very good. Gets to a good temperature, materials and build quality are good. the little chair is pretty comfortable. i regularly do 30 to 45 minute sessions at the weekend without discomfort from the seat.

Hi the highest temperature is 75 degrees

How much EMF does this emit?

Loads. I therefore got rid of mine. It also it made with toxic chemicals which will off gas.
